Due to incorrect handling of non Latin character sets customers who are utilising our Platform to create experiences in languages that transcribe to non Latin characters may experience incorrect platform operation.
This may have subsequent impacts on users conversing in these languages.

This impact affected periods between 21 February approximately 10:41am to 25 February 12:01pm NZT.
