Backgrounds and name badges are not displaying correctly for some customers

Some customers reported backgrounds and name badges were not displaying correctly. This did not affect all customers, but could have affected customers across all of our Australasian, Asia, USA and European platform regions.
This issue was resolved across all customers by 7am Tue 9 June UTC. The behaviour was an unintended consequence of other platform changes.
