Due to upcoming required maintenance by our cloud platform provider, we have decided to proactively upgrade our database clusters in a controlled manner to ensure as little disruption to services as possible. To perform this upgrade, we need to take a period of scheduled downtime, during which time users will be unable to connect to a digital human.
